To make the smoothie shown above:
1/2 cup of berry punch (less liquid for thicker smoothies)
1, 4oz cup of vanilla Activia yogurt
1/3-1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries
1 fresh raspberry to garnish glass
*Optional: a couple of ice cubes in the blender
First add juice, then yogurt, then fruit into your blender. Blend well for 1 minute on high speed (I shake halfway thru to move chunks around). Garnish glass rim with raspberry or strawberry. Very easy and very tasty! Enjoy!
