1 lb of chop meat
1/4 cup Chunky Mild Salsa
1/4 cup Shredded cheese
1 packet of taco seasoning (or 1/4 cup)
3/4 cup of water
1. Brown meat in a fry pan on medium-high .. drain onto paper towel to get the grease and fat out. Put back into pan.
2. Add water, taco seasoning, salsa, shredded cheese to meat and bring to "boil". Let simmer for 10 minutes on medium-low heat.
