1 lb of chopped meat
1/4 cup Chunky Mild Salsa or Chipotle Corn Salsa
1/4 cup Shredded Mexican four cheese
1 packet of taco seasoning (or 1/4 cup)
1-2 tbs Sriracha
3/4 cup of water
Salt & Pepper, to taste
1. In a large pan, brown beef on medium-high heat. Once browned, about 5 minutes, drain fat and grease. Place beef back into the pan on medium-low heat.
2. Add salsa, cheese, taco seasoning, sriracha, water, salt & pepper to meat and bring to a low simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
