Very flavorful side dish - compliments any steak or seafood dish. Would be great over pasta as well!

Cook time: 5 minutes
Serves: 2-4 (about 20 shrimp)
1 lb shrimp, cleaned (I took tails off)
5 tbs Olive Oil
5 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp paprika
Juice from 1/2 squeezed lemon
2 tbs White wine
1 tsp Sea salt
1 tsp Black pepper
Parsley for garnish
1. Heat oil in a medium saute pan on medium heat. Add garlic, paprika and red pepper flakes and saute for about 1-2 minutes.
2. Raise heat to med-high and add in shrimp, white wine and lemon juice.
3. Saute for about 6-8 minutes, until cooked through.
4. Add salt & pepper to taste, and top with fresh parsley.
