You heard me right! Cut an 8oz block of cream cheese in half (long ways!) - spread wasabi on the center layer and put the halves back together. I use the powdered version of wasabi that you mix with water (1 part wasabi, 1 part water) - use about 2 to 3 tbs. Roll cream cheese in toasted sesame seeds and place into a shallow bowl filled with soy sauce. Serve with Rice crackers. Simple and delicious!
