Cucumber - Goat cheese - Raspberry Chipotle
The appetizer above was an amazing combination of taste. Slice up a cucumber (thin like shown), put a scoop of goat cheese and a scoop of Raspberry Chipotle sauce (it is almost like a jelly) - definitely has a little kick of spice to it! It would be great for a summer BBQ or for a nice evening with some wine.
Absolutely love this! I can't wait to make the cookie Reese's brownies. Yum!
