No Fail Cream Cheese Frosting


This recipe really never fails!

1 pkg cream cheese (8oz), room temperature
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
4 tbs unsalted butter (1/4 cup), softened
3 and 3/4 cups confectioners sugar

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, vanilla and butter until well blended. Slowly add in sugar, about a cup at a time. Mix well until desired consistency.


* For peanut butter icing, just add in about 1 to 2 tbs of jarred peanut butter! My fave :)
