Fried Goat Cheese (over salad)



My favorite thing ever!! My mom made this for me years ago and I fell in love. It is simple to make and is a unique way to change up your regular go to salad. Make it for guests, and they will definitely be impressed!


What you will need-
1 roll of goat cheese (small roll makes about 5)
1 egg, beated
1/2 cup of seasoned breadcrumbs
2-3 tbs of olive oil
2 separate bowls

Directions-
1. Heat a small pan with olive oil on medium high heat.

2. Fry each goat cheese canopy for about 1 minute on each side, until golden brown. They cook quick, so watch them closely!

3. Serve over salad.
