You will need:
Fresh Broccoli
2 garlic cloves, minced (I used organic)
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
*Optional: I added sliced zucchini :)
Steam broccoli for 2 minutes in medium sauce pan -- strain.
Place broccoli, garlic, and EVOO in medium fry pan on medium/high heat. Saute for about 5 minutes.
Mix in parmesan cheese & serve!
