Here is the recipe for the frosting:
3 cups confectioners sugar
2 sticks of butter, softened
1 tsp of vanilla extract
3 tbs of whipping cream
1. On low speed, mix together the sugar and butter. After about a minute on low, mix on medium for another 3 minutes.
2. Add in vanilla and cream -- beat on medium for another minute. Add cream (if needed) until you get the desired consistency.
