4 carrots, chopped
8-10oz mushrooms
1 small onion, chopped
Handful of frozen peas
3 garlic cloves, minced
Diced Shallots
2 cups Chicken Broth
Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp of each - Salt & Pepper
Fresh Parsley
This is an easy recipe for all!
1. Start off with a large skillet. Melt 2-3 tablespoons of butter. Saute mushrooms, carrots, peas, garlic, shallots & chopped onion
*Start heating your water to a boil for your pasta*
2. Add chicken broth to skillet with salt & pepper, parsley & Parmesan cheese - bring to a boil - stirring frequently on medium heat.
3. Boil your choice of pasta & add pasta to sauce.
We fried up some chicken cutlets with this meal.
