Triple Chocolate cake with homemade Peanut butter icing

Homemade peanut butter icing:
1 stick of cream cheese (softened)
3/4 stick of unsalted butter (softened)
2 cups confectioners sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla
1 tbs creamy peanut butter (I use Peter Pan)

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, vanilla and butter together on medium speed.  Slowly add in cups of sugar -- once mixed, add peanut butter in and continue mixing until smooth and creamy.

I used a cookie cutter to decorate -- I filled it up carefully with sprinkles to try and form the shape of the clover. It didn't work too bad!
