Dry Rub Recipe -- for 2 racks of ribs
8 oz of Paprika
4 oz of Sugar
2 tsp onion powder
Spread on seasoning, then refrigerate overnight.
Before placing in the oven, add about a cup of water into the pan. Bake the ribs at 275 degrees for about 4-5 hours (covered). Douce ribs with a homemade BBQ sauce or one bought like below, then throw them on the BBQ to finish them/crisp them up! Enjoy!
